We know that the market is highly competitive. The motivation for the members of a company is very important to achieve the goals. There are many theories and ways to motivate employees. However, one factor of considerable interest is pride (and it is not a simple thing). The pride of belonging to a company and / or for one’s work is an important engine for the efficiency and performance of work. The lack or not of such aspects is more evident in the personnel that has more easily relationships with the customers (for example the customer service) even if sometimes the lack of pride or other positive feelings is felt also in management roles, and invests, also other roles in the company.
