We often hear about the culture of change and how to manage it. Certainly, both in people and in corporate organizations, following positive changes becomes fundamental to evolve the skills and the effectiveness of the work. Change becomes sustainable when organizational cultures develop systematic behavior with it. Often the sustainability of this process needs a top-down approach with one or more people as leaders who set the new model and “embody” it with their actions and a long-term strategy.
